I am getting more and more confident of doing dark skin tones- and loving it,too!Just a little charcoal in some areas.
A3 size white paper, 2H, B, 4B pencil and willow charcoal stick.
What an amazing portrait. You really capture his emotion. I've noticed that even when you talk of having problems with your art, it's incredible work. Thank you for showing us what you think is a mistake. Have you read about Da Vinci's life? He was always experimenting, finding ways that the medium didn't work. Keep on experimenting!
