The portrait

I would like to call him a 'Sepia Man'...! A small watercolor sketch in monotone colors.

Ramesh, I would n't spend a minute of my time on politicians! :D.......yes indeed he has some resemblance; may be due to the factor that they belong to same state.It was a street vendor, actually.
