Buddies

My son with my lovely niece.They have been best buddies since long.I took the reference picture while they had fun in a pool, while holidaying together in HongKong.This picture was in my 'To do' list for a long time; but the details were a bit intimidating- so I kept postponing it ...until last week! This is about 9 hours of work spread over 3 days...
Mechanical pencil .7 on A3 smooth paper.

    Arti, this is just so fabulous! The way you've handled the pool water and refracted bodies below it are phenomenal, not to mention the portraits themselves. There is nothing you can't do!!!

    Amazing! Its a difficult subject and on top of it you did it in black and white, Awe inspiring...everything is perfect here...I will need two births consecutively to have this much patience and diligence.
