Landscape 2 _ Evening Sea

"Evening Sea"
16"x12"
Mix Media on Paper
This weekend I worked more on my landscapes. This is an imaginary scene painted in watercolors.I used a tissue to dab on the wet paper to create clouds. Several changes were made in the lower part of the painting --first it was ground, then a shore- finally I settled for the vast expanse of water. Tiny boats were added later in pastels to make it lively.

  5. oh Arti just love that sky. Wish I could that, I need to practice lots more with my skies. I really like how you echo some of the colours in the sea, unifying everything. Beautiful. Take care. Laura x
