Some red berries for a change... they were perfect subject for practicing wet in wet.I think I am going to do some more studies of berries/grapes; may be on a darker background .These were a delight to paint, blazing red swirls of color...hope you like them, too.
Arti, I'm so impressed with the way that you work with such a variety of subject matter so beautifully! You have been producing so many paintings in the past week! I need to catch up. These berries are so rich and vibrant, I love the wet/wet look. I know it's very difficult to achieve too. I admire your skill!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Katherine.Presently I am just exploring the watercolors not really worrying about the subjects.Yes I have been busy- I am painting everyday and it feels so good!Only regret being away from blogs, and not being able to visit all my blogger friends.Thank you for sticking with me!
DeleteGreat depth with those dark interior spaces, Arti. A beautiful painting, indeed, and your joy shows through.

ReplyDeleteI missed too much of your work so I've been catching up and WOW to all of them. I especially love your "blue" zebra... an incredible piece... it would be nice if someday you can paint it on a bigger canvas...it's REALLY beautiful!!! and your bunny was loose and beautiful...!
Thank you Hilda, I am also painting so much these days that I am behind in visiting other blogs..will soon drop by!
