Red Berries

9x12
Some red berries for a change... they were perfect subject for practicing wet in wet.I think I am going to do some more studies of berries/grapes; may be on a darker background .These were a delight to paint, blazing red swirls of color...hope you like them, too.

  1. Arti, I'm so impressed with the way that you work with such a variety of subject matter so beautifully! You have been producing so many paintings in the past week! I need to catch up. These berries are so rich and vibrant, I love the wet/wet look. I know it's very difficult to achieve too. I admire your skill!

  4. This is wonderful work, Arti.! different for you but I love the looseness of this piece!
I missed too much of your work so I've been catching up and WOW to all of them. I especially love your "blue" zebra... an incredible piece... it would be nice if someday you can paint it on a bigger canvas...it's REALLY beautiful!!! and your bunny was loose and beautiful...!
