Scarlet Horse

I am still in love with this rich, deep scarlet by Daniel Smith.In painting this horse I have used this pigment to its full strength, actually went a little further than I had planned.I hope this doesn't come out as too strong...?

    i didn't notice the strong pigment till is read your write up. the horse's head and the rippling veins are a stand out !lovely painting
